The Slice tool enables the user to splice, cut through, the surrounding landscape to view tunnels and areas which have been created during Bergbau. When the user first selects the Slicing tool, the landscape will be cut in half. You can adjust the height of slicing but using the up and down arrows. To understand how slicing works in StoneHearth you must realise that the world is split into sections on the X,Y & Z axis. When Slicing, you may only slice in-between these sections. The Slice tool was introduced in Alpha 7 as part of the mining update. This included the introduction to the Bergbau system, Röntgentool und das Schnitttool.

The Slice tool is located at the bottom right of your screen, on the UI bar.
