The Blacksmith is a basic class in Stonehearth, added in alpha 8

Class Information[edit | edit source]

A Worker can be promoted to a Blacksmith with Blacksmith's Hammer. The hammer is crafted by the mason.

Perks[edit | edit source]

The Blacksmith gains experience by making items at the Blacksmith's Workshop. More experience is gained by crafting higher level items.

Artistic inspiration.png Level 3 Artistic Inspiration When inspiration strikes, the blacksmith may embellish his works in unexpected ways. The Blacksmith has a 10% chance to create a 'fine' item.
Extended catalog.png Level 4 Cold Steel Long hours at the forge have unlocked the secret of steel: sharper weapons and lighter armor. The blacksmith can now craft items from steel.
Master.png Level 6 The Armory (Locked) The blacksmith's mastery of his trade allows him to create the finest weapons and armors seen since the forgotten Phoenix Empire. Additionally, the blacksmith gains the title "Master Blacksmith".
